What are modern window treatment ideas and designs?
but why have opening windows at the bottom with no return ventilation on top? The design is flawed unless the purpose of no vents at the top is to make an oven. Design this with openings at the top at two sides of the room, and it will be functional.

thanks for the thoughts... The windows face north, and at the back of the room not shown in the picture are windows that are higher up and open. The condo is on a hill so the windows catch a breeze and then the higher windows draw the air through, up & out. We take pride in designs that are both functional

I Love this home... What sq footage is the home? And, what is the floor plan? Would love to know as I'm looking to build and this is a beautiful exterior to replicate.
This was built in 1840 by Francis Costagan Architect . no floor plan in existence
