insulted glass units, you can do this anyway in combination with an appropriate HVAC system. Your monthly heating payment will not go up that much as long as you construct it right.

Hi there,
I really like the simplicity of this glass balcony, who would you refer me to for installation?
Thanks,

for the glass? We are in Ontario and are looking for a glass balcony railing for our boathouse....does this have an engineer's stamp because there is no top rail?
Thanks for asking about this design - we only know installers of glass railings in the Northwest. However, if you google search for glass
deck and glass, rainwater can drain off without a problem. Since there is no top rail keeping panels straight, the craftsmanship has to be perfect.
An inch should do just fine, and the glass installer may have their own

If you are installing the railing on your own, there are prefabricated options such as this one from CR Laurence that allow you to purchase the components.

The glass looks to be our "0" 32 clear textured glass option. I believe this is either an 8'0" door or taller, which would account for the taller lower panels.
pebbled glass would work, but a little bit of a strange look?

Is there a reason for both glass and wire? I like wire but I do like that glass will help block the wind. Is the glass permanent or can it be taken out?
taking glass in and out. Where to store it, and make sure it doesn't get scratched, etc.
glass is mid point on posts
great steel deck railing -- also glass?

Glass makes it child friendly. Cables distract from dirty glass...
deck, glass panels, stainless steel cables and welded metal railings are also popular choices. If you decide on a composite railing to go with your composite deck, see if the distributor of your decking sells a railing kit. The components make it easy to put together an attractive railing. No matter which

Like the idea of glass tiles on the exterior to add to the mix of
recycled-glass-block walls sparkle. They also help to preserve privacy without sacrificing sunlight.
Ever since Pierre Chareau built the Maison de Verre in Paris in 1928, architects have been smitten with the use of glass block as a monolithic expression. This home in Austin, Texas uses glass block
recycled glass blocks as insulating infill panels between the steel structure. The positioning of the light sources inside and the varying qualities of the glass blocks add to the ethereal glow.
