back porch
Is the tubing used on the gutters custom? Is the material copper? How might I go about having something like this done on my home? Can any contractor install?
boxy home, but has the general idea right. Top floor is recessed off the home's edge line.....
Reminds me of grandma's perfectly welcoming home. Love the porch!

Sweeney Lake House
Trying to update my home and I'm thinking this wood would be perfect!
This is a beautiful home and I am especially intrigued by the exterior. I am wondering how snow removable is handled in the winter months with no pitch to the roof.
I like how the garage door blends into the house. I could see using narrow windows like that in a home library, to allow light in but not take too much space away from the bookcases/walls.
House, MinneapolisThe facade of this home is striking and clean. Two materials, two windows with parallel geometry and an opening that is obviously the entrance. What would you imagine the interior to be, based on this facade? The answer largely determines the home's authenticity.

Beautiful home for city or country living...gorgeous
craftsman style home, half med brown cedar and green siding
The shingles of this home are so familiar to me. I grew up in the Pacific NW and we had lots of these types of homes. Especially at the Beach.
If I lived in a craftsman home this would be the exterior level of detail I would insist upon.
Knee braces support the front and side gables on this Northwest shingle home.

west facing terrace and covered porch affording views of Lake Washington. Located in a neighborhood with an unusually restricting height limit, the home enjoys high ceilings in its light-filled, main floor living spaces, as well as in its lower level bedrooms.
Is there a way to view the floor plans of this home?

Well laid out on the property -- and the style of the home in gen'l
The massing of this home and the welcoming front porch is very pleasing. I'm guessing it has the square footage of a McMansion, but there is nothing McMansion about its style.

grass playing field. Multiple courtyards and outdoor spaces connect the home's pavilions with the landscape. One of the glass walkways connecting the kitchen pavilion and the dining pavilion is visible in this shot. Together, the home's five pavilions offer 7,000 square feet of living space.
Curved roof. This contemporary roof style behaves much like a shed roof. The benefit of curved roof is the gentle spaces it can create inside the home. Adding Interest: This curved roof breaks up what would be a massive roof spanning the entire house. Working with the plan, the roof cutouts also help define

garage doors added warmth and style. Final touches of natural stone, a paver stoop and walkway, along professionally designed landscaping. This home went from ordinary to extraordinary!
Are there before pictures available for this house? This is the most attractive bilevel I have seen. Plus it's bones resemble my current outdated home and I feel encouraged!

Anywhere between $75,000-$100,000 based on your final selections, landscaping and size of home. It is hard to give a ballpark number for this type of thing. Thanks and good luck.
