Little to grand, but I do love this, I like the patio below the upper level, could be split in two? I like the stone, wood, windows, plants open to back yard garden

space, insulation, laying out the plan, and cutting in the stair were all challenges to be overcome in this particular project. You can get a sense of how the eyebrow was cut in from the attached photos:
We of course can't help but be a little biased, and recommend that you find a reputable design-builder to do a job like this. There are certain complications with attic conversions and you need someone that can plan it out right, account for all the complications
Like how they allocated the trim colors. The two orange areas are just enough and contrast nicely with the green I also like the stone exterior.

height of the crawlspace any special details you included. Also how did you install partial basement for mechanicals , does it have inside entrance or outdoor only. Trying to incorporate this same idea in my new construction but torn on how to go about.
What type of sliding glass door are you using in this photo? How has the width of the opening been supported?

about our Port Ludlow project. There is a standard crawl space under most of the house, with about 20"-24" clear from the framing to the ground. We do have a partial mechanical basement, with just a trap door and ladder access from inside the house.
