Tail’ design, where the communal space is the ‘head’, and the private bar of bedrooms and baths forms the longer ‘tail’. Together they form an ‘L’, creating an outdoor terrace to capture the western sun and to enjoy the exterior fireplace which is clad in cement board panels, and radiates heat during
expansive kitchen, living, and dining areas, perfect for preparing meals for their guests. This communal space is wrapped with a custom Baltic Birch bookshelf and window bench so one can soak up the south sun and view of the fern meadow and surrounding wilderness. Beautiful design. How deep is the balcony over the main entryway? Is it deep enough to accomodate a couple of chairs and a small table for drinks? Thanks.

We are building a new home & I had my heart set on granite with blue hues for the kitchen countertops. (white cabinets, white washed oak wood floors). I like the blue maucauba & blue Bahia granite but we are being told we will need 3 slabs which makes the price out of our
recently designed with smaller sq ft. plan
Would the reduced SF plan be available for review? I would also be interested in seeing it.
