Oh, Orem. Nice! I'm down in Utah quite a bit, but typically north of Salt Lake... Anyway, this house has 3 bedrooms upstairs (all on the second storey) and 1 bedroom in the basement. There are 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. It has 2,413 square feet on the upper 3 floors, and 788 square feet
The windows are Heritage Series windows from Kolbe Windows and Doors.

A simple one-story white clapboard 1920s cottage bungalow sat on a narrow straight street with many older homes, all of which meeting the street with a similar dignified approach. This house was the smallest of them all, built in 1922 as a weekend cottage, near the old East Falls Church rail station

These are exterior clad wood windows. I believe that they are weathershield brand. But others look similar, such as Kolbe and Kolbe, Anderson, Pella, etc. They are "crank out" casement windows. Check their websites for local suppliers.

multi tiered roof line hides height of 2nd story
The join of the 2nd story to the existing roofline
it would fit with the neighborhood as a two-story. Loved the lower roof lines and windows on second floor.
