I am considering a driveway with small stone and wonder if this is loose gravel or is it set in cement?
My experience with loose gravel is that it tends to make a lot of noise when a car pulls over it and

This driveway certainly appears to be actual loose pebbles. (When zoomed in you can see some on the concrete banding). I lived in Hawaii for a while and
