home? We are looking to build a home with similar dimensions. How many bedrooms and bathrooms? I noticed there was a sitting room and formal living room. Is there also a family room on the main floor? Thank you for any help you can provide.
What are interior trim and wall paint colors in the main living room?
bedrooms with 3.5 baths. The lower floor has a small bedroom, the half bath, the family room, living room, dining room and kitchen. The upper floor has the master suite, plus two full baths and three bedrooms. Two of the rooms are very small. Hope that helps!

Some day I will live in an Eichler. I was a participating artist in the San Mateo Eichler Home Tour in May where I furnished all of the paintings for the entire house. I loved these homes growing up in the Bay Area and I love them more
like the idea of engaging closer to street to increase space out back/ make front room - guest room - i.e. rarely used. No garage on front.
