Cottage Cubed - Remodel of a 25sqm Fishermans Cottage.

fishermans cottage. A large plywood cube of storage was constructed. The top of which is a sleeping platform. The faces of the cube are the stiarcase and kitchen. Render colour works well with the blue. Looks like a neutral light beige, maybe? Grand Piano?
Note use of space but stairs make kitchen seem cramped. Can I work the same idea in at living room?
was to take advantage of every centimetre. A large plywood pod was inserted in the heart of the cleared-out cottage, with stairs up one side, the kitchen tucked around a corner and space inside for a bathroom, utility room and storage.

The living/dining/kitchen space is 22'-0" wide x 41'- 3" long and the ceiling height is 14'-0".
Consider this order of layout. All kitchen would back against bedroom wall which would give sound barrier. Just shape the island so it has seating that also faces outside Island can have organic shape. But where do stairs, utility

Instead, we provide a number of smaller windows (like the small square up high over the kitchen, the low windows on the right, and even a some of the windows set into the doors themselves) that are both openable and protected with screens.
