The black accents, solar panels which looks like decorative aluminum awnings, it's Asian appeal. Love the privacy screen which doesn't detract from the overall architectural appeal & design of the construction.

Front maybe a bit more toned down, but back is more interesting where there is more privacy/less obtrusive to the neighboring houses from the street.....also like how using cantalervers and such in the back can create privacy/private patios etc.
