You can get dutch doors like this from most high end door manufacturers. I would ask around in your area. We purchased one similar for my home from Saddleback Window and Door here in Orange County.

Our house looks very similar and does not have an entrance from to garage due to the front door being in the middle. I'd love to make an entrance from our garage, just wondering if this house did. Thanks!
