is that a shower leading into a bathroom on the exterior wall?
love the look and the outside shower, awesome.
they take in the pastoral landscape of the Brandywine River Valley, dotted with picturesque barns. The site is so private that, yes, that’s an outdoor shower you see on the left — no enclosure necessary. Just out of sight to the right is an outdoor fireplace.

our exterior railingsare painted steel.... stainles steel is very expensive...painted steel is much cheaper...you just have to maintain the paint every other year or so depenidng on your location...cables should be stainless.....the railings above are 1/2" x 1/2" steel picketts...on a 2" x 1/2" frame
If you want cables - then you want Stainless Steel on a Stainless Steel framework.

Breakers Beach House
graceful curving cor-ten and stainless steel stair descends from the upper floor living areas, connecting them to a ground level “sanctuary”. A small detached art studio/surfboard storage shack in the back yard fulfills functional requirements, and includes an outdoor shower for the post-surf hose down
surfer vans and neighborhood dogs, and a simple gate beckons visitors to stroll down the boardwalk which gently angles toward the front door. A rusted steel fire pit is the focus of this ground level courtyard, which is encircled by a curving cor-ten garden wall graced by a sweep of horse tail reeds and
Capitola Wharf, beach lifeguard towers, and the client’s “surf shack” program requirements. The landscape design takes its cues from boardwalks, rusted steel fire rings, and native grasses, all of which firmly tie the building to its local beach community. The locals have embraced it as one of their own

galvanized steel wall for outdoor shower
I like the use of the corrugated steel with a brightly painted wall for contrast.
Use corrugated iron for more than just roofing the barn. There are alternatives to flat steel for a traditional barrier or fence. Corrugated galvanized iron panels, so favored as a cheap roofing and building material in the past, are used here as a decorative feature, set to contrast against a stunning
stunning yellow wall. The shadows created along the lines of the corrugation give the steel a great feeling of texture against the flatness of the wall.

Is the water recycled back into the house for daily use, drnking, showers, etc?
Does any of it go back in to the house for personal consumption (drinking, dishwasher, showers, etc.), realizing that it would likely need to be filtered?
of rain. So in areas like ours, where water is a precious resource, consider adding a rainwater collection system, like a rain barrel. Just a few showers in May can help nourish your garden throughout the summer.
