The Chianti
The Chianti features a stone façade reminiscent of the Italian countryside. This fully furnished four bedroom plus den home features over 5,900 square feet of living space, a relaxing third-story viewing deck, perfect for stargazing, and formal living areas that blend comfortably into the home’s more
more casual outdoor living space. The Italian-influenced architecture carries over to the interior design that features stone walls and wood beams throughout the home. Large window areas capture magnificent vistas of the nearby lake and golf course beyond. The second-floor bonus room is perfect for entertaining

custom built cedar beams and brackets along with new custom made cedar entry and garage doors added warmth and style. Final touches of natural stone, a paver stoop and walkway, along professionally designed landscaping. This home went from ordinary to extraordinary!
Can you tell me what type of stone you are using on the exterior?
Hello, I was wondering what the name of the paint color on the house in the picture and what type and name of the stone is used in the picture. thank you
recessed entry (bumpouts in the Living room & Bed Rooms) with no visual appeal. The lower area is 70's red brick which will paint and then eventually stone like yours...One step at a time :)

This kind of stone is an option for the front driveway - with it framed in so the stone doesn't spread out all over and get sloppy
such as this car parking area. It also adds life and textural interest, particularly if you use a warm-coloured stone like this one. Gravel is more environmentally friendly than concrete and stone as it allows rainwater to permeate through it into the ground rather than flowing into the stormwater system
