walls are Thermal-Mass Concrete (two layers of exposed concrete with a layer of rigid insulation between them). There is little to no structural steel used in the construction of the house.

Breezeway by the Sea

What was used for the pathway/steps/handrail down to the sea?
Would like to see what was used for the pathway/steps/handrail down to the sea. I have a lake cottage of the same era and we need some ideas that will help the older folks but still look good.

Beautiful! What type of shingles were used and what color?
Thank you for your inquiry! Both cedar shingles and siding were used. It is a tongue and groove cedar siding and the roof shingles are natural.
