The white large panels of the outer walls look amazingly fresh and modern. What material is it? Kan you use isolation underneath it and fix it on the isolation panels?

What the panel on the wall?
Also noteworthy - If you use Hardie Panel with the open joint rainscreen (like this project), it voids the mfg warranty. It is still used this way though, on single family and multi family
European cement-board panel product called Cembonit.
interesting comment on panels & cost
Silbonit is ~$6.50/sf, which includes the stainless steel fasteners. Hardie panel sheet is about $1.10/sf here in Seattle. Silbonit is a high density product, Hardi is not.

How to see these or similar Hardi panels in person?

Great find for me today! Thanks for sharing the info. I have emailed my James rep and asked if these commercial panels are available for purchase for a residential home.

The top edges are obviously flashed and the bottom edge is held about 3/4" above the panel below to ensure it is not in contact with water. I'd check the Sikkens website for application in cold climates but I see no reason why it would not
