If you paint the lower half white,ain't ing the window trim on both levels in a darker color would be very modern

Window are all modified stock windows - from Eagle (no longer in business, bought out by Andersen I think) All are double pane insulating glass

l the windows in the wood-sheathed part of the house are Sierra Pacific wood windows with aluminum cladding. The windows and big multi-slider doors on the metal-sheathed part of the house are thermally-broken full aluminum by Solar Innovations. They have a nice thin, crisp frame profile.

What don't I love? The porch, the 2nd story over looking the front lawn, the light exuding from all the windows...simply lovely

unique window mullions, which loosely resemble Prairie details. Prairie style had some influence over this one, as it was also popular in the early 20th century. Double square columns comprise the porch supports (difficult to see in this photo), yet another variation in the style.
