Lights on the bins
We helped this family create a strong visual display from an awkwardly placed set of built-in bookshelves. Drawing inspiration from a Piet Mondrian print, the library shelving was arranged to offer varied blocks of colour as a way to organize and display the owners’ book collection. A modern take on the wingback chair provides a cozy place to curl up and read. Also, by integrating bins in the lower shelving the couple can use the space for toy storage down the road.
