Can you tell me where you purchased the breadboard? is it 4" wide ?
option with a very nice look is to buy planks with the standard 2 1/4" beadboard - most lumber supply houses carry these. The 2 1/4" size is still oversized (from the 1" or 1 1/4" versions you find in the DIY hardware type stores) and also has a nice deep bead. Good luck!
Hi Michelle, thank you for asking. This is my favorite size of beadboard and is actually 3 1/4" wide which you can have custom milled by the plank or buy in mdf panels. The only vender that I have found that carries this size beadboard in panels local

cathedral ceiling in our cabin. What would you suggest to attach it to the 2 x 4 joists? The lumber yard said self tapping screws. Since the span will be 11.5 feet, what size screws do you think would hold it and not bend it. Would you flash the areas where the screws are? Thanks for your help.
Don't the screws penetrate the membrane too? Did u put up the membrane and then screw the panels over it? And is there a vent to the area behind the corrugated metal and the wall? Between the two? A
