Concrete water trough fountain.
Does anyone have an idea of what grasses are planted in the water garden? And also, how to line the bed of the water garden as well?
Does the water in this feature flow, or is it standing water? I love the look!
Would you like to know the length and width of the water feature or thecourtyard ?
The pond is an old board formed concrete watering trough for cows! Thanks for asking. Dan

A couple of other water "grasses" that will work are: Iris Laevigata, blue water iris Scirpus tabernaemontani 'zebrinus', zebra rush Cyperus longus

Also, try watering in two blocks — water for 5 to 10 minutes, turn it off for 20 minutes, then water again for 5 to 10

enough for water to easily (but slowly) seep down, yet heavy enough to keep the water at the root level. If you’re lucky to have this soil, rejoice. The rest of us are jealous. Sandy soil is just what it sounds like — very loose and porous. The good news is that sandy soil absorbs water easily. The
