I'm in the NE and have a 3 season sun-room that has great insulated windows, but no heat or a/c. I was told wood floors could not withstand changes in temp.

We use mechanical ventilation to keep the air fresh, heating the incoming air with the exhaust air. And we use dehumidifiers to maintain healthy moisture levels and prevent mold.

Is the sun porch heated with the house heat? If not can you sit out there in the winter?
Do you have a ballpark of what something like this would cost in Wisconsin? 30,000? Or am I WAY off?
seasons and sometimes on a sunny winter day. It is over a foundation, and the concrete slab below the bluestone tiles includes radiant tubing, that is on a separate heating zone. This provides some space warming. In the summertime the glass panels are swapped out for insect screens.
Thank you for your question. This was a completely new home, with a barn that was moved to the site. It would be hard for us to comment on construction costs in WI.
Windows swap for screen in summer. Floor is radiant heat on a cement foundation.
