Your question cut off however I think you're asking how they seal. The climate of this area is very temperate so this issue is perhaps minimized relative to where you might be. The doors run in a track in the floor and have a seal around the opening.
I love these doors and did some research. Marvin makes doors just like these - flat panel on the bottom and whatever configuration of glass on the top. :-)
