How do you frame in the posts for the railing above? Is the framing continuous from the wall below?
Thanks! I'm planning a roof deck over a much smaller sun room, that will be accessible and am uncertain how to frame them.
proper. Question: How did you resolve roof venting for the flat roof given the deck above? It appears that the interior is living space. I don't see any soffit vents. I assume it was spray foam insulated? I am in Toronto, similar climate to NY and looking to do the same idea.
