Is this a standard size door opening that accomodated appliances? Counter depth refrigerator?
Sorry I don't. They are simply 3 sets of stacked Ikea uppers to act as pantry and dishes and glassware and small appliances.
Limited open shelving keeps the room open and allows most items to be stored in drawers or the nearby pantry. Alper focused the redesign on new appliance placement, making sure that there was plenty of room between the primary kitchen work area and the entrance to the rest of the house. Countertop:

I believe this set up has either a panel that raises from the stove top to vent or it is simply a fan under the microwave. The appliances are all furnished by the homeowner not us so I don't have a definitive answer, but there are many clever ways to vent!
