A welcoming entry! Photos by Northpeak Design
The house and timber frame entry were custom built by Hayward & Company Log & Timber Homes from Bristol, NH. I can't remember the dimensions of the entry, but it was made to fit within the perimeters of the windows.
Entry, exposed timbers, would be better with cover coming off the sides also

we should build railings along entry and build a bench on both sides for people to put shoes etc.
This pediment provides just enough room for this tiny entry porch. It doesn't provide quite enough room for rockers, so cleverly buit-in benches provide a comfortable spot for enjoying the country scenery.
