im assuming the garage is attached to the house. is the kitchen or another bathroom behind the wall. in other words how big of a job was it to supply the plumbing for the sink and toilet. thank u

A truly gorgeous design and execution! I am interested in the usable space dimensions and if you added a bathroom, etc. Thank you in advance!
living/taxes etc. A major cost driver is the fact that the living space is stand alone requiring all its own systems i.e. plumbing, HVAC, kitchen and bathroom. With that said, in Princeton NJ, the costs would range between $175,000 to $275,000. I hope that is helpful.
