I frosted mine with the film from Home Depot or Lowe's. That way I have privacy (no one needs to know when my car's there) but still have light. I leave one inch edge so I can see out a bit if i'm working in there-but
e.g. of way to use post in entry corner? (Imagine roof floating a little higher above stone, to enable clerestory windows instead of garage door transoms)

Im really interested to see the front entry & how it were incorporated
Love Love the linear look! Would it be possible to incorporate the wood slat idea on a 1960's bungalow? The front (which has a single door, living room and kitchen window) and a gable end and one side of the house which has a side door and two windows are what you see from the road.
Hello! The front entry to this home is so beautiful with a dramatic front door. Did you see the entire tour of this home? There are photos of the entry, I will attach the link. To the left of the garage door is a walkway that leads to
I like the drive way and the cladding on the house
admit, this is way more exciting than an ordinary concrete driveway. The design transforms what would otherwise be a utilitarian driveway into a delightful, graphic auto court. The horizontal lines of the architecture play nicely with this treatment. And using bands of grass is a great way to make your

Cliff's music room, tucked away with the blue/white/wood and a little porch in front (not brick)
cheap easy affordable front to room
I like how the front entry is level with the paving so it is a straight walk out to the yard. Having steps takes up more surface area that you might need for the other elements
There's something about the way plantings offset themselves from the building, and how the roofline or an attached pergola gives vines a place to spread out.
If your home's interior is cramped but you are blessed with a large outdoor space, the solution could be an outdoor room or a converted garden shed

is a will there is way, and this designer made it work.
This home in Australia features Ian Moore's conversion of a late 19th century grocery warehouse. The building fronts on two streets; pictured is the garage entry into the narrow house. The opposite side is the main entry, a full half-level
I know, there's a car in there and the focus is garage doors in rooms that don't contain cars, but this one's just so well done. The rows and columns of glass panels work beautifully with the tall and narrow opening. More:
