The steel framework for the bi-folding garage doors were fabricated by Rincon Ironworks (here in Santa Barbara) while the exterior wood facade was completed by in-house finish carpenters.

thanks, they are lucky and it's so fun to see how well the kids use it. The folding door system is Fleetwood, the interior windows, Lindahl and skylights Velux
bars out of a handrail system called Speed Rail. It comes with T, L, and other fittings that allow for the connections between pieces and to the wall.

Can you close this up? Are those some kind of hinges or something on the left, is there a folding door type thing? This is fantastic idea for a studio. I would modify to be budget-friendly.
It could be 4 door panels, 2 on each side, that fold back on themselves. There are a variety of ways to design/build sliding and bi-folding doors to can open up rooms.
