How much and where to get?
I've seen these being built. Very cut and very well thought out. Compact and complete.
Its portable, does not need planning permission and yours to take with you when you move house.
I like the idea of a movable studio. Take it on vacation with me behind the truck. NOT. It is cute and small enough though.

How did you pull this off?
im assuming the garage is attached to the house. is the kitchen or another bathroom behind the wall. in other words how big of a job was it to supply the plumbing for the sink and toilet. thank u
to tie into that. thanks Margaret Typically you can get your "sewer card" online to find out where it runs on your property and how deep it may be in order to determine how difficult it is to tie into the line at an outbuilding.
The walls are plywood cut into about 18" high by 8 long boards and the edges were routed so that it overlapped like panelling and we left a space between board edges of 3/16"
the horizontal lines in the room. Plywood was 1/2" thick. Vertical joints were staggered in a brick pattern. The plywood was painted with the paint cut about 50% with water to allow some of the grain to show through. It's a durable finish for play. The ceiling is T& G , I think 3/4" x 3 1/2" wood painted
