end of a beautiful meadow in the Methow Valley, on the east slope of the North Cascades Mountains in Washington state. The 1500 SF cabin is a superb place
the south so we would like to do this style of structure but aren't sure a north facing roof is good for heavy snow area (10' plus possible - near ski resort
building in an area that has 10-ft. of snow, I would be a bit nervous about a north-facing roof. By the way, make sure you over-insulate the roof (R-50 or more)
