Either side of this central area are two curved wings with the doors leading the visitors to other unique features within the garden.
The room, with its tiled floor, pebbled paths and mosaic inlays, is also house to a collection of turtles, tortoises, birds, fish, and iguanas, as well as the client’s dogs and parrot which accompany her on her rounds every day.
This 600 sq ft orchid house was certainly one of the most challenging projects we have undertaken. The design replaces a former conservatory, but is larger than its predecessor and blends into the asymmetrical curved irregular stone retaining wall of a raised terrace.
The fountain adds the sound of running water and the planting beds and planters with their fragrant flowers add a series of wonder scents.
