Regretfully, we do not know about the tiles as we were only involved in the column portion of this project.

They take away valuable wall space that can be used for wall mounted items, and trust me, no one wants triple light switches and outlets lined up in single boxes. Pocket doors are not safe for the disabled, and most
couldn't hang a picture.(hmm, mentioned also..by a pro!.) One opening now has a real door, the other a curtain, and I have plenty of room for wall mounts and electrical. True heart pine is 1220 on the Janka hardness scale, equivalent to Red Oak. That's why it was used in high-end older homes, like Mount Vernon and Monticello as well as it in historic restorations from Ernest Hemingway’s home in Key West to Camp David
Most surface-sealed floors are stain- and water-damage resistant and easy to care for and clean. For tough stains: Your floor's finish will affect how you treat stains. As a general guide, if your floor has a wax finish, rub off the stain with steel wool or cotton, working from the outside of the stain

to do with the floor??? Right now I have carpet on the steps and the floor...should I just replace the carpet? Change it to wood? or maybe ceramic tile?
this is exactly how my house is set up except there are no walls to the right. The hardwood color is the same. I want to change the staircase I was thinking of painting the risers white, leave the step part wood and painting the handrail black.
Or they even offer decal wallpaper that just peels off. But I don't know how much it would cost in your space.

home. I have a long wall and a narrow hallway and stairs in the exact location.I can't put a console table or anything so i need to focus on how to fill the wall. How much would this run me? What's the best way to go about doing something similar?
used both BM Linen White and BM Mayonnaise with BM's Shaker Beige. In this home I used Linen White, it's a bit warmer and worked well with the marble tile floors. To be honest you cannot go wrong with either. Good luck and send me photos of the finished project!
Will have to see how this works with different shaped mirrors
Nice organization of photos. It's a good idea to have a ' photo wall' instead of scattering them around the house. Also the floor tiles go with the walls and the flower vase compliments everything in a beautiful majestic way
