Re: flooring and the Italian Tile/Flooring company
When I expand the size of that photo, I can see a white-ish line around each plank. That tells me that this is a tile floor. But I can't be 100% sure. The designer credited with this photo, so if you follow that link you can get to her website. From

What is the paint sheen on the ceiling planks?
Are these the squall tile in slate too?
Yes they are - the squall tile is shared between the kitchen, dining, living, and hallway spaces.

They look amazing! I really like the burled plank on the right hand side of the hallway. Here are some similar floors for perspective.

where did you get the tile base board trim?
Where can I get the tiles .... color make size grout?
from Rustico Tile and Stone in Texas. We offer wholesale affordable pricing and global shipping. www.saltillotileconnection.com.
We are in El Paso, Texas and this is a very typical tile found here in many of the tile stores. It was a random store that sells terra cotta (saltillo tile) from Mexico
durable than regular Saltillo. You can get it at many, many tile & big box stores. Use gray grout for a traditional look. Grout lines have to be wide to accommodate the slightly irregular tiles. Saltillo has to be installed by an experienced tile person, and sealed regularly. It's soft and will scrape
I must agree with rgladstein! This does look like Super Saltillo. We did not provide this tile but we do carry it and are able to ship it anywhere! If you are looking for samples in order to see if they are appropriate for your home let us know
