What Monocoat color was selected, is this the 5% white oil finish? Need to know the color, it is very nice.

Old recycled beams were brought into the space to create interest and create natural divisions between the living, dining and kitchen. The crisp white butt joint paneling was offset using the cool gray slate tile below foot. The stairs and cabinets were painted a soft gray, roughly two shades lighter

if the horizontal wood on the walls is original (1910-1940's) then its most likely 8"-10" wide yellow pine boards, otherwise known as shiplap. its always so neat to start demo-ing an old home and discover this in all the walls!
