since I love to do wall niches). So, if this person gets the question answered about the width, what is he/she going to do about it? Build their own by those same measurements? What's so unique about taller baseboards? How about the person asking what company makes the wall paint and what is the model of
width...". "What TYPE of baseboard wasn't the question. So, are you saying that asking about the width is valid? It's a dumb question, and houzz is full of them. These people ignore what is truly innovative about the renovations in the photos, such as this one with the slanted sides of the wall niche
reply to in a "what's wrong with you?" way. It's the same with answering your comment--entertaining, but stating the obvious/common sense observation about this, as free education to you, that's all.

The glass walls are about as simple as can be, set into the floor and ceiling and framed with silicone. An external column gives some additional support.

This would be a cool hall way at the back of a long house....could connect just about every area of the house with a view of the back yard along the entire way
does that mean in real numbers and real money? Well, if you're building a house in Santa Barbara, California, where I work, construction costs average about $300 per square foot. So all of that extra circulation space could cost more than $270,000. That's a lot of money to spend on hallways.
