what kind of wood floor is that?
how were these floors finished? Will this pine wear out quickly because pine is such a soft wood? People have tried to steer me away from using it.

the wood is a natural hard wood and i guess the brand would be nature. Speak to a local hardwood flooring contractor to get a local hardwood that works for you!
As the architects on this project, we spec'd a hardwood floor and the contractor chose the material, I do not know what he chose.
