love the trim and saw in one of your answers that it is 4.5 legs and 5.5 header. Do you know if it was installed with mitered corners? Also, are the edges of the trim pretty sharp (not eased)? Thank you!
How did you cut the trim?
How tall is the baseboard trim? Thank you.
Beautiful Trim - is it just flat or does it have a back bead or bevel?
I love the trim! Can you please tell me if it is a flat stock or if

measurement of the trim on this door? How deep is it?
what is the stone looking arch made of?
Hi Can you tell me the color used on your trim? Thank you!
Is the trim the same color as the door.
Yes, the door and other wood trim in this image are all Benjamin Moore's Linen White with a Satin Impervo finish.
Your stone mason has done a wonderful job.
Trim details vary between first floor and second floor. Second floor header trim doesn't include the parting bead. You have a good eye for detail!
Laid up stone, artfully crafted by the mason!
what is the stone looking arch made off?
velvet finish. You might need to visit a Benjamin Moore supplier to match the Bone White color, because I don't see that in their line any longer. The trim is Acadia White #AC-42 in a satin impervo finish, also from Ben Moore.

Are the corners miter cut on an angle or straight?
Love them! Can you tell me how wide the baseboard is? What about the door trim? IT looks like the perfect width for my house as well, and I would love to share the info with my builder
Beautiful home, the colors are perfect. What is the paint color of the (ivory) trim?
straight cut, then biscuited, glued and screwed to minimize movement and telegraphing the joints.
The baseboard is from a 1x8, so it finishes out to be 7 1/4" tall. The door trim is 4 1/4" wide. Glad to help such a youthful looking fan!
This is painted poplar trim with 4 1/4"
Hi, I would like to know the trim dimensions for doors, windows, and baseboards? It's so simple and pretty. Is it painted poplar? Thank you.

Questioning my choice of trim and doors same color as adjacent wall
What is the wall color and trim/door color? Looks
Is the trim and door paint eggshell like the walls or semi gloss, as traditionally used for these items?
inside of the rooms also had the American Clay application on the walls, so we continued the same door and trim color inside as well.
You can find flagstone where decorative rock is sold such as stone yards and landscaping companies. There are a lot of variations and colors, depending on where it is quarried
Where did you purchase the doors? Also, what are the dimensions for the headers/trim on the doors?
quarried. You will also find variations in thicknesses and edges, so you want to have a very experienced stone layer to set the flooring.

Questions9
Does trim, baseboards, etc., all need to be painted the same color?
What color is the trim stain?
Could you tell me what the trim is finished with?
The trim looks beautiful, and goes great with that color. I'd like to put it in the house we are buying. Could you tell me what you finished the trim with?
If you want continuity throughout your house, stick with one color on the trim and baseboards, the doors can match or all match each other. It's all about the visual flow.
Like most design decisions, choosing trim color is totally up to you. It is very important that you make these decisions
We had the trim custom made by a local woodworker. You probably should go to a local lumber yard a see what their stock pieces are and combine them into the design you want..... Or hire

Love the stone arch. A entrance somewhere.
Like the stone archway but not this stone.
mix of stone, white, woods, arched doorway
stone entrance.. between hall and kitchen
stone work accent into living room?
I really like the stone idea. I don't care for this stone.
Stone archways are common on the outside of the house, but using one indoors reminds me of exposed brick in city apartments. Its rougher aesthetic balances well against the soft, neutral palette of this space.

The flooring and trim look great, can you please tell me how they installed them so they do not have any little gaps between the trim and floor where the floor has minor variations in level ness. I'm trying to avoid using quarter round but can't figure out how to get it to look like this
Any lumber supplier. It is a 1 x 12 trim board.
After the floor is installed, the bottom of the base trim is cut at an angle then installed so that the front "tip" sits on the floor and can be easily made to conform
angled cut to keep base tight to floor without shoe

what is truly innovative about the renovations in the photos, such as this one with the slanted sides of the wall niche and the nice matching stacked stones on either side of the hallway/stairwell (I saved this photo in My Ideabooks, since I love to do wall niches). So, if this person gets the question
