Great sculpture. Where did it come from?
name of the sculpture? I have been trying to find it. Are there less expensive replicas?
The sculpture is by Mary Callery, part of the New York School art movement of the 1940s. They are sold through auction houses and galleries. We placed steel in the wall to support the sculpture.
Sculpture on wall - for portenos
Neat placement of the sculptures on the wall
Another sculpture seems so much more interesting and whimsical perched on the wall instead of on a pedestal. For a minute it makes you wonder if gravity has shifted.
These stunning sculptures are just "hanging around." When you have such fantastic figures on your wall you don't need other décor.
Sculpture like this one by Mary Callery is so full of movement and texture. It demands to be a centerpiece without being particularly "showy."

Questions5
what can i find that sculpture?
I like bookshelves taking up the majority of a wall, with mixed display of books, sculptures, frames in separate partitions.
Design tip: Use recessed lighting to direct attention to special features in the room. Notice how lights accent the sculptures, artwork and figurines within the library shelving.
