Honestly, I couldn't tell you- the GC's cabinet maker made several samples and the chosen one definitely had some blues and grays in it. I believe all of the samples were mixtures of Minwax products

Love the flooring - what company, name, style, etc.
Gray is a neutral colour so it shouldn't limit your colour choices in surrounding areas. Try and use a lighter warm gray like Benjamin Moore's Light Pewter 1464 and you shouldn't have any problems co-ordinating
