It's not an oak floor... it is character grade walnut, which means there are knots and mineral streaks. Your oak floor could be re-sanded and stained a similar color to
square pegs, glazed to accent knots etc, sanded, installed, and finished with 4 coats of Tung Oil. Rehmeyer Wood Floors supplied the material.
