You can buy them at Kidrobot.com, Toy Tokyo in NYC (also online) and by searching online for Tokidoki toys
Most of them are blind box toys from Kid Robot, but there are also Tim Burton, Tokidoki, and Scary Girl toys.
I like the idea of these mini-shelves for displaying toys.
