Jeremy. They are the original, sanded 150mm wide Victorian floor boards varnished with Osmo Polyx oil. You could use reclaimed floor boards, sand and varnish them.

They are 3/4" walnut, no sapwood, un-steamed, square pegs, glazed to accent knots etc, sanded, installed, and finished with 4 coats of Tung Oil. Rehmeyer Wood Floors supplied the material.
It's not an oak floor... it is character grade walnut, which means there are knots and mineral streaks. Your oak floor could be re-sanded and stained a similar color to match, but the wood will have a different pattern. A good flooring mechanic should be able to come up with some color
