There is too many photo selections on this wall. It takes away from the beauty of this wall. Everything else is beautiful. The floors, walls, cabinetry etc.

What is the color of walls?
knowing where to begin. I will start will the small gallery wall in the living room. Then I will move onto the large entry wall for my harmonious yet eclectic gallery wall. One other question/comment. I see, for the most part, your frames are on the thin side which I think helps it from looking too
achieve a uniform look, make all the mats the same color. And yes, I like shallow frames when they're hung in circulation paths. That way, kids and/or suitcases won't knock them off the wall. I don't think certain types of frames have to go on specific types of photos/prints. Just look at each piece and decide
choose 3 frame types and just stick to those [ie thin black frame, deeper natural wood frame, grey frame]. Pick the boundaries for your gallery - for example, start with 2'-6" off the floor and 2'-0" down from the ceiling... tape it out, cut out newspaper templates of all your prints/frames, and start
