White concrete is readily available though more expensive that regular concrete. It uses a different cement and aggregate and is typically fabricated in a shop setting. In this project, the kitchen counters and floor were actually poured in place.

Williams pure white as a possible base colour. After applying a generous build with multiple coats, while also sanding smooth between them, then build multiple coats of clear gloss of your choice. The trick is to find a gloss that does not "amber" over time. All-told, I beleive there were 9 coats of paint and
