Grave Run
The owner made a change to the house and we had some extra trusses, so we made a shed. It also acts as a covered eating area for get togethers.
Bar-B-Q area is what you had in mind . But I see it away from the house; with a small kitchen to keep all of the items you need for entertaining !!!

Who is the coat tree from and where is it available?
who makes the front door? I love this
Lovely! Who & where is the canvas art from? Thanks!
Where did the rug come from. Love how simple it is!
I just heard back from the interior designer who told me that the coat tree is an antique they acquired for the client. If you are interested in having one, John or Tayloe at Tayloe Piggot Gallery will facilitate having a reproduction made for you. Best of luck!
Why let people see into your home from your porch? So they can see what you've got to steal?

where can I find doors like the ones in center of photo?
No the doors open widely but they don't go back into the cabinet. They are old cupboard doors and the carpenter had to make a frame for them which made them too tall for the interior space where the arch begins at the top, as a result they can only open out.
The flooring is a Greek stone from a quarry
I bought the doors from a junk/antique dealer in Tripolis, Greece. They were originally old built in cabinet doors and I had my carpenter add to the sides and top in order to fit them into the space which hides the
The floors look beautiful and timeless. Also the old wooden doors are so interesting. I never would have thought of adding to the sides. Thank you, for the idea in case I find a treasure like these one day. :-)

What is the height of the room? And is the glass door the full width? Thanks
Are there cosniderations for water drainage in the "seat"? And does the glass door go full height?

existing hardwood floor and I'm afraid a "built from scratch" shower will leak! I've heard so many horror stories about that. Thank you again!
We often use pre-made or custom shower floor pans by either Schluter Systems, Marblecast or have them made from Corian. We then tile over them. These all provide
No just the fixtures are from Brizo.
The shower height is approximately 7' and is 5' wide. The door opening and glass door is 2.5' wide.
Bench seating in showers should be slightly angled into the shower to facilitate drainage. And, yes the shower door is full height. Thanks.

politely..lol....What wood are the cabinets made from?
what was used on the ceiling to protect it. Was it difficult and time consuming? It looks sooo great. Working on wood ceiling now, would love help from experts. And the lights are fab too.
Good question, it is not a separate backsplash rather it is the logs that the house is made from and the same as the log walls in the rest of the house.
Where did the log back slash come from?
