Flat black and pewter suede paint. Faux brick paneling was applied below chair rail and painted and glazed with metallic paint.
Great Gym! Where did you get the Faux Brick
It's actually faux brick panelling sold in 4x8 sheets at home improvement stores. We cut it down, carefully aligned it and filled the seams. We then painted it flat black and painted bricks with a couple different metallics and glazed the whole thing to get rid of shine.

I would think you have about $30K-40K in Timber alone on the ceiling! Another 20K in electrical work….. Another 100K with structural material Brick, foundation etc…. That floor is another 100K easy…..Im guessing 250K- 300K for this space….. You got that?
Rhythm: The ceiling has a good pattern. Wall: Brick walls.

carpet allows for stable placement of gym equipment holds up well under lots of use. Its also easy to install. Rubber tiles, and laminates can also work well. I'll see if I can find more specific information for you!
