wall at stairs separate color? Designated mat space for equipment
small elevated workout space tucked away by stairs
5. Stair workout. Tuck a small workout space right beneath that awkward area under the stairs to your basement. Remember, you don't need an entire room to devote to exercising. Place your favorite equipment into the tightest spaces and you'll never have an excuse to miss a workout again
great place to set up shop. Placed next to the staircase, this space-efficient gym uses an elevated platform to help divide the large room without any constricting walls.
Basement. Tuck a small workout area right beneath that awkward space at the bottom of the stairs in the basement. Don't trick yourself

Wow, this work out space inspires me in so many ways. We have a space in our basement that we would like to transform into a workout room. This is the first photo that has everything I like in it
It's a small space for a gym yet it can be done. I want to do something similar.
Hallway. If you can't find an ounce of extra space for a workout room, consider the end of a rarely used hallway. Just place your stationary bike in front of that closet you never use, roll out your yoga mat at the entrance and hang a mirror or two for the finishing touch. See more home gyms on HouzzMore:

Possible way to use our attic space
like an elliptical trainer or a rower, simple weights, a yoga mat or an exercise wall? Whatever your preference, it’s important you measure up the space first before investing in your equipment. Some require an entire room to store their equipment while others may only need a corner of the living room
