These windows are from Weather Shield (http://www.weathershield.com/). The mullions (grilles) are custom, and we typically refer to them as prairie style, although the Weather Shield catalog labels them "English" style. The windows are made from Douglas fir.

This is all nicely integrated, for an office. However I don't know if I would go all out with the wood like they have here.
