What are pros and cons of finishing an attic?
heating/ventilating/a.conditiong/ - HVAC additions etc... It also may be more expensive to heat and cool the attic, if it wasn't properly insulated when the home was built. Either way, an attic can be a great amenity. Deciding on if it is right for you and your family home is another story. :)
