Bookshelves as room dividers in basement library?
The problem with being married to an academic? Never having enough bookshelves. I imagine
shorter bookshelves separate this long and narrow room just as well. Plus, it gives the space a cozy bookish feel.
There are no rules that say bookshelves need to hug the walls; they can also serve as room dividers in a large, open space. This room can go from breakfast room to research and homework
