My daughter is 20 (college student) She wants the room plum (dark plum). She selected bedding that is white with large plum leafed flowers, which have some shading in a salmon and strong orange. (For a long time she wanted the room a dark, strong orange) So I thought perfect - the plum and orange
I'd have to proceed slowly on this one, to see how the ideas and colors were working in the light (natural & artificial light) in the Victorian room with wood trim. Your ideas sound good here is another: Buy top & bottom sheets & sheets to cover inner springs sheets in the same plum (easier to match
folded down a little. Paint wall over bed plum, all other walls white. I'd probably try several plum paints to see which one enhanced the light in the room, trim, & bedding. Keep all furniture white. Tall orange lamps on night tables with white shades. Curtains white sheers. Window seat cover plum, orange
